Sarah first discovered Osteopathy in secondary school after receiving treatment herself, for posture-related neck and back pain. This began her interest in the profession and led her to complete the Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Health Science in Osteopathy at Victoria University. Whilst studying, Sarah worked as a sports trainer Cheltenham Football Club. It was here that she developed a specific interest in the management and prevention of common sporting injuries, through osteopathic treatment.

Since graduating with a Masters qualification, Sarah has gone on to complete further studies in dry needling and pregnancy and has a particular interest in treating headaches. In the coming year, she is excited to further extend her knowledge with pre- and post-natal care, and in the future plans to eventually treat paediatrics. Sarah is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

When she isn’t at work Sarah likes to keep busy, whether it be spending time with friends and family (and her miniature dachshund, Dash!), keeping active, and continuing her passion for travel. Next on the bucket list is America!
