Laura joined our team after completing her 4.5-year bachelor’s and master’s degree at Monash University in both Nutrition Science and Dietetics.

Laura is currently working clinically as a hospital dietitian and here at total balance where she draws on her clinical knowledge, experience and studies to provide nutrition education that is individually tailored and unique to her patient’s goals and requirements. 

Laura has done further studies in FODMAPS and IBS and has a keen interest in the gastrointestinal side of dietetics including allergies, intolerances, IBS and coeliac disease. Laura also has a keen interest and passion in weight management, body composition, sports nutrition, women’s health and taking the fear and confusion out of eating.

Laura has always had a passion for health, fitness and food. Laura loves spending her spare time cooking, eating out at new restaurants, going for walks and going to the gym. Laura uses her passion for cooking to help her patients learn how to eat healthy, yet fun foods while still achieving their goals.

Laura is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia.
